This includes all labour, parts, and supplies to keep your devices running at peak efficiency with a 95% uptime. This all-inclusive service is available for leased or owned agreement.
Your Imaging Services and Supplies Agreement has a guaranteed response time of 24 hours/1 business day, between Monday to Friday 8 pm to 4 pm, and provides:
- All Labour for any service call whether an emergency ad hoc repair or scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit.
- All Parts including all recommended spares and Preventative Maintenance (PM) parts.
- All Supplies including the toner, drum, and developer, plus fusing and maintenance kits to produce the agreed volumes.

Maybe you need technical support on site, or perhaps you have just one or two user-serviceable machines? In any case, consistent maintenance from a certified service provider will extend the life of your assets and allow your organization to achieve the maximum return on its investment.
There are various service maintenance plans available for you to choose from to fit your business needs:
Custom Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Customized SLAs ensure that your unique service requirements are met. Need extended evening hours? Coverage on weekends and holidays? A faster guaranteed response time? Service at an offshore location? There are no obstacles we cannot overcome to ensure your company gets the support it deserves.
Traditional Standard Service Plan.
Includes all labour and parts with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours. Service call hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Supplies (toner, drum, developer, toner waste bottles, paper, and staples) are not included.
Time and Material at Customer Site.
A technician will be dispatched to your business location. An advance payment based on the equipment type is needed for the first hour of labour to assess/repair the equipment. Additional labour will be charged at an hourly rate. If parts are needed, a quotation will be provided with the estimated cost of parts and labour to complete the service. Response times are not guaranteed under this plan and parts are based on availability.
In-house Service Time and Material.
You can bring your equipment into our premises for service. An advance payment based on the equipment type is needed at time of drop-off for the first hour of labour to assess/repair the equipment.
