The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors inadvertently may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the Product you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. Exchanges<\/u>:<\/strong>\u00a0 You have 14 calendar days in which to exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.\u00a0 Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt \/ proof of purchase.\u00a0\u00a0 Once you have made arrangements to exchange your item, describing what your new item is and we receive the item that you want to exchange.\u00a0 We will inspect the item and notify you that we have received the item for exchange and verify the new item that you wish to receive. \u00a0After inspecting the item, Amaranth Business Solutions Limited will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange.\u00a0 Once the exchange is approved, we will deliver the new item to you.<\/p>\n

Shipping and Delivery, Title and Risk of Loss<\/h5>

Orders are processed and delivered Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays, within regular working hours (8AM to 4:30PM). \u00a0Once your order is placed and confirmed, our representatives will package your order according to your order details (assembly etc.) and have it ready for delivery.\u00a0 It is important that you give us the correct address for your delivery to ensure accurate and on-time service. Prior to delivery, one of our Inventory and Logistics agents will contact you via the telephone number provided at the time of checkout to ensure that (1) Yourself or someone authorized to act on your behalf will be present at the time of delivery to ensure the item is received in good condition. If someone other than the original purchaser will be receiving the item, we will require you to provide us with a name via your order details upon checkout, and that person will be required to present one form of identification; either a valid Driver\u2019s Permit of National ID will suffice. (2) The date and time of the delivery is agreed to by both you and our delivery team.<\/p>\n

Delivery within Trinidad<\/strong><\/p>\n

For deliveries within Trinidad the time frame for completion is within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of your order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed and you will be responsible for all shipping costs of your item(s). We are not liable for any delays in shipments.<\/p>\n

Delivery to Tobago<\/strong><\/p>\n

For deliveries to Tobago the time frame for completion is within 8 business days and you will be responsible for all shipping costs of your item(s).<\/p>\n

Items can either be shipped flat-packed (un-assembled) or fully assembled.<\/p>\n
